Facilities Manager (Landlord)
Our client is a large private landowner in the heart of London and is seeking a Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to offer support across the varied estate.
The role is responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to commercial and residential buildings and will manage a Facilities Assistant and Maintenance Coordinator.
Previous experience within a similar environment for a landlord is preferred but a variety of backgrounds will be considered. Residential Property Management is a key requirement. Candidates will need to have good Health & Safety and compliance knowledge, have experience of tendering for services as well as first class communication skills.
