Job Details
Our client invests and manages in excess of 160 multi sector assets across the UK worth in excess of £1bn.
The reason for this key hire is due to growth and them now being in a position to acquire further assets through the rest of the year.
They’re looking to appoint a strategic thinker, a problem solver who can provide support at a senior level, someone who is a good communicator and has proven experience working with boards and senior stake holders. You’ll be able to provide financial analysis and very confident with presenting to investors. You will lead the asset management for the UK business and drive future growth for the portfolio. Due to a strong 12 months and their current position you will be tasked with recruitment and growing the Asset Management team and also report directly to the business owner. It’s essential that the incumbent is a person who is able to answer questions and comes up with ideas rather than somebody that implements other people’s strategies.
- The appointee will need multisector experience. Ideally, they would have great exposure within the retail and leisure sectors.
- It will be highly desirable for the successful candidate to have an understanding of banking and how commercial property banking works in the UK. i.e. how banks think and operate but also knowing how banks will have secured their investment and what those processes mean.
RICS highly desirable.
Compensation: c.£100,000+ BONUS.
