Business Development Manager - Advanced Manufacturing (Part Time) - North West
This person will work autonomously in the identification, establishment and support of new and current tenants, and the development of a nationally recognised sector network, whilst also implementing new projects and opportunities to build up the reputation of the site. This will include establishing a target customer database for current and future buildings, develop relationships with target customers and understand their key requirements and deliver new business. This will ultimately lead to completion of leases at the desirable rents. The development and provision of business support and facilities to tenants/customers is key, this is where identification of and partnering with key business support providers is carried out to match and connect like-minded businesses. This is done through researching the tenant/customer support requirements and business support concepts which will identify a plan to deliver such support and connection to each tenant/customer. Similarly, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and development of networking events/activities; identification of key networks and partner organisations to collaborate with and develop programme of events/activities; identify relevant organisations and individuals and implement a plan to bring them into the network; implementation of a plan to promote the network; development of relationships with key individuals/organisations to be brought into the network etc.
