New Homes Sales Negotiator - Central London

My client, one of the most recognised names within the New Build sector are looking to add a Site Sales consultant and in addition to this, a New Homes Consultant to their Central London region. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience within the Residential or New Homes sector where you would have worked on site, or sold within local markets allowing you to have a solid understanding of all Sales / New Homes processes.

Ideally YOU will have/be:

  • 12 months Residential Sales/Site Sales experience
  • Have an understanding of the New Homes market
  • Money motivated & Target Driven
  • Proactive & Ambitious

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange Viewings with prospective buyers
  • Working towards personal & team targets
  • Closing deals

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the best in the business and working on some of the most sought after schemes in the City. Market knowledge would be preferable as you will be holding a variety of conversations on a daily basis with clients, whether a local resident, a first time buyer (Help to Buy) or a UK or Overseas Investor.
