Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute asset management opportunities, via lease re-structuring, refurbishment or redevelopment
- Professional work, including lease renewals, re-gears, dilapidation's and rent reviews
- Direct client reporting and liaison
- Review, identify and approve service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Effectively manage the portfolio and ensure value is maximised and voids are kept to a minimum
- Conduct site inspections
- Chair quarterly tenant meetings
- Support junior colleagues through the APC process and the management of their properties
About You
- MRICS
- Experienced in Commercial Property and Asset Management
- Thorough understanding of commercial leases
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, tenants and a clients
- Good numerical and negotiation skills
