Macdonald & Company are working with a FTSE 250 organisation, that focus on providing flexible work spaces in dynamic London locations. They are home to thousands of established brands and fast growing entrepreneurial businesses. An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join them on an initial 3 month FTC, that does have the possibility of being extended. The role will be to negotiate and complete lettings transactions across their portfolio and agree terms with their customers effectively and efficiently. 

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with prospective customers on lease terms and clauses within agreed parameters
  • Produce offer letters and lease contracts and father all required documentation
  • Actively pursue leads
  • Answer any queries relating to the property, deal terms and lease contract
  • Ensure that every step of the lettings process is accurately recorded on the database

About You:
  • Prior experience in either a Residential or Commercial Lettings Negotiator role
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
