Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with strong listing experience and looking for the next step in your property career?
Our client, one of London’s most respected agencies is looking for an experienced Lettings professional to come in and join a high performing team with the plan of adding serious firepower to their listing capabilities across a key strategic area for them.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Lettings in Estate Agency
- Experience of working in London property, City and Docklands experience advantageous
- Outstanding track record in market appraisals/valuations
- Be a strong rapport builder, well-motivated and target driven
- A full UK driving license
