Job Details
On an exclusive basis, Cobalt are representing Euro Garages, the market leader in the delivery of petrol filling stations, restaurants, convenience stores and roadside services with an annual capital spend in the UK circa £150 million.
The schemes are delivered across the UK using a combination of in-house acquisitions, planning and construction teams. Successful project management and delivery is a key element to their success.
Based in Blackburn at Euro Garages outstanding new Head Office - Waterside, and reporting directly to the Development Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the management of the delivery process. You will be working closely with the Acquisition Managers, taking schemes through Planning and Design to construction, delivery, and completion.
This role requires a proven track record in a similar fast paced project management/property development role. Applicants must be extremely tenacious with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to adapt and respond in a fast paced environment is also essential, as well as excellent organisational skills and working successfully within a strong team environment.
