About the Client:
My client is an established and award winning National Housebuilder with offices throughout the UK. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Associate Technical Director in their Midlands office.
About the Role:
As Associate Technical Director you will report directly to the Technical Director working closely as a no.2 / Deputy Director. You will lead and co-ordinate the project design and management team in the pre-development and development functions on each allocated project from Land viability to Post Contract. Effectively managing as appropriate the Senior Technical Manager and their teams. Key to this role is the ability to work closely with the land team providing land viabilities how each site can be delivered in technical / engineering terms.
What we’re looking for:
A hands on Technical (civil engineering) professional with experience at Technical Manager level. You will have extensive experience of working within the Residential Development sector ideally with large site / volume experience. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing internal and external consultants to deliver accurate technical information at all stages of the development process from site appraisal, through to adoptions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Technical professional who is looking to further there career with a forward thinking growing housebuilder.
