The Port of London Authority is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Estates department. Reporting to the Head of Estates, this role will cover the full range of the Estates Dept’s property functions for the PLA including but not limited to undertaking various property valuations, negotiating new rents, undertaking rent reviews and undertaking property acquisitions in order to maximise the PLA’s  income whilst minimising outgoings.
