The Estates Practice team at Nottinghamshire County Council is looking for a new manager, if you think the job is for you, we would welcome your application.

The Estates Practice Team manages the entire County Council’s property portfolio. You will manage the team and will work on a challenging and interesting mix of properties and will be involved in advising the Council across a full range of property matters including valuations, disposals, lettings, rent reviews and rating.

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with significant post qualification property experience. You must show experience of leadership and management in a politically sensitive environment. Effective stakeholder management and commercial awareness is a must.
