Job Details
An independent Investment Manager is currently seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their team based in London.
You will work directly alongside two others in the team, gaining experience in property management, asset management, as well as gaining exposure some other areas of investment and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting properties, meeting tenants and building good relationships, liaising with third party lenders and other professional consultants.
- Landlord and tenant work: lease renewals, rent reviews.
- Marketing of vacant units, invoicing and rent collection, as well as other cash and book keeping responsibilities.
- Preparing quarterly investment reports.
Requirements:
- Experience managing commercial properties.
- Happy to work in a fast paced and hands on environment.
- Strong proficiency of excel and Microsoft software.
Salary will range from £25,000 - £35,000.
