Job Details
A leading Pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager is currently seeking a German speaking Asset Management Associate to join their European team based in Central London.
Reporting into the Director you will be involved through out the full fund life cycle working closing with operating partners. This includes creating value through active management of assets, from acquisitions, management (development, re-positioning and letting ), disposals, overseeing the valuation process and financial reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly prestigious investment manager with an excellent reputation within the global real estate investment market.
Asset Management Requirements:
- Previous experience working at Analyst, Asset Management or Portfolio Manager level.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven experience working with commercial real estate assets across Europe/Germany.
- Excellent financial analysis and report writing skills.
Based in Central London
Salary from £65,000 - £80,000 plus competitive bonus and benefits.
