Development Agency Surveyor

I am working with a UK based Real Estate Consultancy with an eye for ambition, who are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their Agency team in London, at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level.

What will you get out of this role?

• Fantastic hands-on exposure to leasing and development tasks, working with retail, industrial and some office assets across the UK
• Being second in command within the Agency team in London, with opportunity for company progression
• An excellent salary - £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on Senior Surveyor or Associate level, plus car allowance, and other benefits including additional training and development courses, life insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key responsibilities:

• Leasing duties: inspections and reporting, lease disposals and acquisitions, servicing and concluding lettings and sales instructions.
• Conducting development appraisals on Argus or Kel software.
• Tenancy research, reporting and demand analysis.
• Purchase and sales support.
• Client presentations, pitching, developing new business from existing clients.

Essential Requirements:

• MRICS
• Experience in retail and/or industrial property ideal
• Knowledge of Excel and Argus (or Kel) software
• UK Drivers licence
