Reporting to the CPO, this role offers a unique opportunity for the incoming Head of Property to truly shape and influence the Group's future growth ambitions. My client is seeking an exceptional, high-potential professional who is passionate about creating a real estate footprint which supports robust regional growth whilst achieving the Group's ambitions to reduce their carbon footprint and secure space which supports new ways of working.
The successful candidate will possess:
- MRICS with a demonstrable track record in the growth and management of an EMEA based portfolio
- A strong track record in the delivery of targets with significant experience of leading teams across multiple locations
- The ability to confidently influence at all levels both internally (including CEO and Board level) and externally
- Change Leadership
