If you have worked in affordable housing development before you will know the drill. It’s more important than ever. You are the person helping first time buyers and families onto the property ladder.
You’ll be based in Sussex, 30 minutes from London and 30 minutes from the coast. There’s plenty of good road links to the sites as well as parking.
You'll be managing 4 projects getting them through the delivery stage through to completion. You'll need to have experience working on the construction phases of residential programmes in preparation of handing them over.
You will be joining a Housing Association with big ambitions to build. The focus will be small residential schemes of up to 400 units.
