Job Details
As a key member of the team you will be based in London but cover the regions, you will be a key part of the front end of projects assisting in the due diligence of site acquisitions including arranging appropriate site surveys and investigations whilst advising on findings on surveys. You will assist in preparation of initial development appraisals, lead team of external consultants to prepare, submit, obtain and discharge planning and other necessary consents through to delivery of projects from cradle to grave including new builds and large extension work.
Due to the nature and importance of this role the successful incumbent will earn in excess of a six figure package including bonus and fringe benefits!
