Surveyor /Senior Surveyor - Property Management London - Offering up to £48,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits 
 

One of our leading property management clients are looking to recruit a Property Manager to their growing team.  The client is ideally looking for someone at Surveyor level and would consider a graduate with solid property management experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality day to day property and asset management.
• Liaising with the client accounting team on production of annual service charge budgets, approving reconciliations, rent raising reports etc
• Instructing and liaising with facilities mangers, building managers and building consultants in respect of repairs and planned maintenance programmes.
• Carry out regular property inspections
• To have good understanding  of landlord and tenant matters and pursue asset management opportunities
• To perform other tasks delegated by th partner in charge as required

Requirements:

• Degree educated
• MRICS - At least 3 years post qualified experience 
• Property management experience of working across a variety of asset classes in Central London 
• The commitment and determination to act effectively and professionally on behalf of the client 
• Skills of negotiation and professionalism 
• The ability to provide solutions and options when confronted with new situations
