Job Details
My client is a boutique investment, property and asset management consultancy, and they are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join their team based in London, ideally available for immediate start or with a short notice period.
The role will be predominantly managing 2 shopping centres and you will be reporting directly to the Asset Management Partner.

Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Letting vacant units, liaising with local agents, and carrying out lease negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and new tenants
- Overseeing and building a good working relationship with on-site staff and tenants, and personnel within the business
- Budget management and service charge reconciliation
- Experience managing shopping centres ideal, other retail backgrounds will also be considered.
Office based in Marylebone, some travel will be required to visit the sites outside of London.
This role may also be available on an interim basis, profile dependant.
