Job Details
Reporting in to the Portfolio Director, you will look after all aspects of a c£500M mixed commercial portfolio. This is an extremely varied role which incorporates value-add asset management, development work, as well as property management across office, industrial, retail, residential, alternatives, etc.
Salary and package are to be confirmed depending on who joins the business, likely around the £30-40,000 mark as a base, with an attractive package on top.
