A perfect opportunity for anyone looking to get into Development Management.
This will be to join a thriving national developer that continues to expand within all major markets across the UK. Their aspirations are to double their portfolio and business over the next 5 years and are looking to add to their current development team with an Assitant Development Manager.
The role is full-cycle development, cradle to grave. You will ideally have circa 3-5 years' experience working in either development, planning, front end, or construction and will have strong people skills. So if you are a Development Surveyor looking for more delivery exposure, or if you are a Project Manager looking for exposure to front-end development, including appraisals/viability etc, this is the role for you.
You'll be under the wings of professionals that have tread the same path and are excited to bring in the next wave of talent and hand down their wisdom in order for them to develop their career as they did.
Whilst you can come from either side, the role will entail everything from running appraisals, viability reports, cash flows through to post-contract management and completion.
I am looking to speak with anyone who feels the above matches what they are searching for and are looking for a move within a client-side organisation to set roots for at least the next 5-10 years.
