My client, a top UK Real Estate Consultancy, are seeking an Associate to join their Corporate Real Estate team based in London.

What are some key responsibilities?

· Managing and communicating with stakeholders, as well as communicating well with other teams on projects, planning, and alterations

· Conducting rent reviews, service charge reconciliations, managing budgets, and negotiating consents and lease agreements

· Overseeing portfolio requirements and services agreements

· Managing any transactions such as disposals of additional space, or acquisitions

· Financial modelling where required

What is required from you to apply?

· MRICS

· Experience within commercial Real Estate, ideally within a general practise or estates management role

· Highly skilled at building and managing relationships

· Organised, proactive and flexible

· Full Driving Licence

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus car allowance and benefits.
