Interim Property Manager

Hate being a cog in a wheel? Looking for a smaller company, which offers a more personal approach, where you’ll form a close relationship with your Director?

A small South West London based private practice is looking for a Property Manager to manage luxurious flats in some of the most glamorous parts of London. If you enjoy dealing with high end stakeholders and visiting prestigious properties, then this role could be the one for you.

At the moment the rest of the company are doing a 50/50 split between going into the office and working from home. It’s up to you what you decide to do, so if you’re one who prefers to be around colleagues and grab a drink  and eat lunch by the river then the option is there!

You will be undertaking block management and acting for the freeholder and head-leaseholder to ensure effective day-to-day management of the portfolio is kept to a high standard.

You do not need to be MRICS but you will have an advantage if you are. Ideally you’ll have 5 years’ experience working in block management within the private sector.

This is an interim opportunity, however if you are looking for a permanent role then they are offering this too.
