Agency Surveyor

Our National Agency team are looking to recruit a Leasing Agent to join their growing team. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a market leading leasing team, working on projects in development and completed which are ready to lease.

This transactional leasing/agency role ideally will focus on our expanding involvement in the Golden Triangle (London/Oxford/Cambridge) and the expanding life sciences and media sectors.

The wider, London based team undertake, leasing and marketing, development and consultancy, tenant representation and lease advisory work supported by a dedicated in team researcher.  Their quarterly and annual market reports are sector recognised as the research authority on the region.

You will ideally be MRICS qualified and have 2 years’ experience working in a leasing/agency type role.

Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team, are additional requirements as well as having some fun and bringing enthusiasm to the role.
