Senior Land Manager – Housebuilder – Yorkshire

My Client is a successful and growing housebuilder who build quality driven homes in desirable locations.  Due to continued expansion they are now looking to strengthen the current team by recruiting a Senior Land Manager in their Yorkshire region. 
 
About the Role: 
 
Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for buying land for short and medium-term use, from sourcing land through to legal.

• Agree HOTs and purchase land to ensure continuity of land supply to meet future forecasts.
• Provide detailed land bids that demonstrate the company’s requirement in respect of profitability that is met.
• Demonstrate that site acquisition terms concur with agreed and authorised land bids.
• Negotiate and prepare the legal documentation associated with land acquisitions.

 
What we’re looking for:   

You are either a Land Manager seeking the next step up in your career or an existing Senior Land Manager ready for a fresh challenge. You are an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the target area. Candidates are required to be self-motivated, hardworking, driven and possess strong leadership & motivational skills.
