Job Details
A UK leading Development and Investment Manager is currently seeking a Development Surveyor to join their Development team, based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has recently become Chartered or is looking to complete their APC in a client side position.
You will be responsible for the development management of both commercial, residential and mixed use schemes across the UK.
Key skills and experience needed for this requirement includes:
- Recently MRICS or part-way through APC.
- Degree qualified.
- Experience working in a Development, Valuation, Project Management or Quantity Surveying role.
- Experience working with residential/commercial assets.
- Strong numerical skills.
Salary will range from £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on APC/MRICS), plus benefits package and good bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London.
