Job Details
A fantastic new client side role is available to join the in-house Property team of a National Operator. Based at the Cheshire Head Office you will have an exciting mix of all Professional Landlord and Tenant matters as well as managing the Acquisition/Relocation/Disposal of new sites and existing units. The role also encompasses dealing with technical Planning and Development issues to deliver improvements and alterations to the Estate as well as day to day Portfolio Property Management .
It is a rare to have such a variety of responsibilities which ensures no 2 days are the same and a great opportunity to join a friendly and enthusiastic team. An attractive base salary and full benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate.
