The role itself:

If you are MRICS, with experience in commercial and operational estate management in local government, then you’ll know what’s involved.

The council comes with a diverse property portfolio meaning you’ll have plenty to get your teeth stuck into and the odd site visit will paint the full picture for you.

With the offer of flexible/remote working, you can juggle your time how you best see fit.
