Job Details
A rare opportunity to work for a high-end, historic but forward thinking, sought after Landlord. The role will involve working on all aspects of the asset management of a high-profile mixed-use portfolio in London’s West End with a principal focus on our clients office buildings.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering long-term sustainable rental growth while progressing the vision, leasing vacant office space, developing relationships with occupiers, leading consultants in delivering rent review, lease renewal and lease re-gear negotiations providing instruction and guidance, work closely with managing agents, refurbishments and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
• RICS qualification preferred. Min 3 years’ experience in a similar or relevant role
• A strong understanding of commercial property in Central London
• Good negotiation skills
• Ideally experience in the Central London office market
• Good analytical skills and be articulate and numerate
• The ability to work collaboratively in an approachable, informal and inclusive culture
