Investment Analyst, London, Up to £60,000 pa.
Are you looking to move client side to join a company who are actively sourcing new investments?
WSS are working with an Asset Manager who recently raised additional capital to deploy and are seeking an Investment Analyst to join the established team.
The real estate analyst will be responsible for:
- Inspecting & appraising perspective property investments.
- Building & updating asset & fund models.
- Working alongside the investment managers in sourcing & analysis of perspective investments.
- Completing development appraisals.
- Quarterly reporting on fund mandates.
In order to be considered the Analyst WILL:
- Hold circa 2 years direct real estate investment.
- Have excellent financial modelling skills.
- Hold good knowledge of all commercial asset classes.
- Have worked on investment transactions.
