Up to £75,000 plus benefits
My client is a private residential developer with a strong track record in the delivery of high quality homes across the North of England. The Group are seeking a a proven Head of Development to lead a small, but highly experienced team, ensuring high performance against the targets of the Group.
The appointed Head of Development must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the delivery of residential schemes, coupled with strong programme, project management and budgetary skills. You will have previously led and managed a development team and must possess the desire to coach and mentor others whilst creating an environment that is wholly supportive of high quality homes.
