Property Manager - Up to £60k + Benefits

One of our industry leading clients is currently looking for a surveyor to join their commercial property management team in Birmingham. In this role you will help manage a global portfolio and is a great opportunity to widen your skills and knowledge within the industry. 

Title: Senior Surveyor

Department : Commercial Property Management 

Location: London

Salary: Up to £60k + Benefits 

Responsibilities:

• Undertake regular and structured property inspections and prepare reports for distribution to clients, in accordance with agreed timescales
• Act as the first point of contact to tenants and clients and to build and improve relationships at all levels
• Ensure the collection of rents in liaison with property accountants and credit control
• Prepare and administer service charge expenditure including the preperation of budgets.
• Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants including the appointment and management of contractors and suppliers
• Ensure tenant compliance in relation to use and maintenance obligations
• Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter

Ideal Candidate: 

• Relevant professional qualifications 
• Good commercial acumen and excellent communication skills 
• Ability to initiate and manage operations / projects
• Central London portfolio experience 
• Strong experience in dealing with clients 
• 3+ years experience in a senior surveyor role 
• Knowledge of property management software (Tramps and QUBE)
