This role within a team of 8 people is calling your name!
If you’re an experienced Estates Surveyor, you’ll know what’s involved: rent reviews, lease renewals, L&T and a number of disposals etc.
I’m sure you have done it all before. But now you can enjoy doing your fair share of work and still getting home by 6 for that Spaghetti Bolognese.
You will be working within a Local Authority that has spent the last year shining a light on the estates team, to get the department where it needs to be, and now they need a final addition. However, don’t expect to be working in the Ritz, more like a cosy office with a nice atmosphere.
Now I know you’re thinking hang on.. do I need to be chartered?
