Senior Sales Negotiator - Rural Agency - Scottish Borders

Having recently taken steps to build upon their success across the Scottish Borders, I have been asked by a well-respected name in Scotland's Rural Agency market to find them a Senior Sales Negotiator.

Dealing with some of the region’s most memorable sales, this is an opportunity to not only make use of the wealth of relationships they have already built, but to also become an integral part of any major deals that are struck across the Scottish Borders Rural market in the years to come.

You will be responsible for managing all stages of the sales process from the point of instruction onwards, whilst supervising a small team of professionals with the same common goal of ensuring you go above and beyond when engaging all clients.

Utilising a skill set that has been built in a similar role will be key. Finding a highly experienced sales professional who has history of handling client communication and sales negotiations in numerous Rural Residential/Estate based transactions is a priority, however, I am keen to speak with professionals with a passion for a Sales or Rural Real Estate.

Remuneration and title is very much flexible, depending on experience that is put forward.
