Job Details

Are you looking to join an organisation where you can be proud to work there?

You could be working for a Housing Association, which has a gold status with investors in people, where they are expanding year on year.

Most employees are still working from home, but the plan long term is to offer you a hybrid way of working, where you can choose to work remotely or in the office. Luckily the location of their offices are really easy to get to from Central/South London, Kent or Surrey.

Other benefits include annual leave rising to 31 days per year and a pension scheme where they match up to just under 8%.

Currently they provide just under 5,000 homes and have an active development programme to deliver 100 homes a year. Your role will be to lead on generating new business across a range of tenures including rented, shared ownership and outright sale.

If you've secured land for affordable and private sale homes then this role will be right up your street.

Sound like something you'd enjoy? Send in an application and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. This client is looking to hire someone immediately, so please get in touch ASAP.
