Job Details
There will be numerous stakeholders to liaise with throughout the project, therefore experience of building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners will be key to successful delivery. You will need to work closely with local planning authorities on the delivery of consents, providing advice and guidance on the production of drawings and supplemental planning information relating to submissions.
Experience in town planning through infrastructure planning, and/or dealing with major planning applications under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 along with other planning regimes including the Planning Act 2008, The Transport and Works Act 1992 or Hybrid Bill experience will be advantageous.
