Senior Asset Manager - Prime London Estate

Our client is a well known and sought after landed estate who have a design-led philosophy and creative management approach to development. They are a long term investor with a passion for relationships and their asset management team is at the heart of their operations. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Asset Manager to join their exciting, vibrant and energetic team.

Working closely with the Head of Asset Management, you will be key in delivering the department’s strategy that will grow and develop the business to support the delivery of the company’s vision. You will have day to day strategic ownership of a portfolio of properties and will build strong relationships with occupiers. The role involves thinking creatively to come up with solutions for adding value. The role will include indrawing up and implementing strategic portfolio management, working and collaborating with all teams including the property and facilities management, leasing, development, finance, sustainability and investment teams. In addition, focusing on building close relationships with occupiers as well as other parties such as property consultants, solicitors and local stakeholders. The candidate will also support the Head of Asset Management with the management of the team and will help with the team’s development by encouraging accountability, creativity and will help with growing their knowledge and expertise.

What’s required:

• A strong understanding of the office sector with the ability to provide and implement commercial but innovative solutions and recommendations.
• Minimum of c. 10/12 years of relevant experience
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships
• Highly inquisitive and strong critical thinking skills
• Creative, opportunistic and adaptable
• Able to demonstrate ownership and accountability
