Commercial Property Manager, W1, £50,000 pa
An established multi- disciplinary is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the collaborative team.
Based out of the W1 offices the Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for working for an array of clients to manage commercial property investment portfolios.
The properties are located across London and the Home Counties.
You will be responsible for:-
- Proactive & reactive running of the commercial property portfolio.
- Stakeholder management.
- Undertaking site inspections.
- Client reporting.
In order to be considered you will:
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified.
- Hold in excess of 3 years commercial property management experience.
- Have up to date knowledge of RICS code of conduct & landlord and tenant legislation.
- Have good working knowledge of property management systems (TRAMPS desirable).
This is a great opportunity for a Surveyor looking for a new challenge in a role where there is scope for asset management advise.
