Investment Analyst - Property

Job Overview:

To support the investment and management of the property portfolio, with responsibility for certain investments and to contribute to portfolio performance. To support the team with asset management, investment appraisals, analysis, reporting and research provision used in investment decision making.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyst for specified direct and indirect investments with overall responsibility for monitoring and providing relevant analysis for investment decisions, approvals and buy, hold or sell recommendations
• Ensuring all indirect property funds are monitored and a review takes place on a quarterly basis
• Underwriting of new direct/indirect property as required
• Management of asset and portfolio performance measurement
• Provision of data and analysis to understand property markets; act as main contact point with external research and data providers; coordinate and write up team "house view"
• Provide portfolio quarterly databook including relevant review and commentary
• Coordinate quarterly portfolio review, production of databooks and lead on the production of CIO reporting
• Support fund managers in formulating portfolio investment strategy
• Produce cashflow forecasts, and maintain investment parameters for Trustee reporting
• Support the team with ad hoc data analysis and research
• Compliance with all relevant FCA rules and regulations

• Highly proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint while experience with Kel valuation software is of benefit
