New Business Development Manager (refurb), Affordable Housing/Partnership Contracting, London, Basic c£80,000 + Car + Bonus + Package (DOE)

The Role:

As New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and other similar organisations where there is a requirement for residential-led regeneration projects to be undertaken. The client has identified where the requirements will be over the next few years, and your role will be to develop a relationship with the interested parties, assessing if the project is one that meets the commercial/capability criteria of the business. Key to the role is the ability to firstly create this relationship, develop a strong understanding of the requirements, then using your skills to identify early, if the project is one that is suitable for further investigation.

A significant developer/contractor, operating across London and working in partnership with a wide range of organisations. They already have an enviable track record for their work and as a partner of choice, this role will play a key role in maintaining this. The business is looking to significantly increase its workload and develop new relationships.

Person:

We are keen to identify an intelligent, professional, and personable individual who enjoys developing relationships on a B2B basis. You MUST have experience of working within the housing sector and have a strong understanding of construction process, which gives you the ability to assess projects against business criteria.
