We are currently working with a well-known fashion retailer to identify a Leasing Manager to assist with planned expansion over the coming years.

Our client is looking for somebody with at least 3 years’ experience within leasing, real estate or similar role focussing on the UK retail market.

The salary on offer is up to £55,000 with a generous package including private healthcare, pension and in-store discount. 

You will form part of a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial team within an organisation with a strong ethos for promoting from within. Both personal and professional development opportunities are exponential for the right individual.

As the Leasing Manager your role will include: 
- Bringing forward Business cases for approval by the board
- Coordinating and collaborating with other functions before finalizing negotiations
- Overseeing and managing deals through legal and construction phases
- Continual optimization and improvement of existing portfolio ensuring maximum commercial competitiveness
- Collaboration of stakeholders ensuring input on service delivery

You will need to have:
- 3 years’ experience in related role
- Strong understanding of retail, lease contracts, legal requirements and business drivers
- An ability to self-motivate and can-do attitude
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Detail oriented work ethic with strong negotiation skills
