Job Details
Our client is a specialist fund manager who manage assets globally, they now have a rare opening in their London office for a 0 – 2 year PQE Surveyor. The role will involve assisting in the investment management of property portfolios through implementing value enhancing initiatives, acquisitions and disposals, assisting in the formulation of portfolio strategy, and working to achieve outperformance.
Other key responsibilities include:
• Take responsibility for the asset management of assets within a commercial property portfolio, initial focus on retail and leisure sectors.
• Identify, define and implement value enhancing initiatives
• Implement ESG fund objectives
• Manage third party professionals, agents and consultants
• Negotiate and or supervise lettings, renewals, rent reviews and surrenders
• Assist in preparation of portfolio strategy and quarterly fund reporting
• Ongoing analysis of property returns
• Liaise with property management teams and external valuer
• Assist in sourcing investment opportunities and preparation of Investment Committee papers
• Undertake due diligence on new purchases and manage investment sales.
