MRTPI Planner / Senior Planner - global firm (Bristol office)

Beach Baker are working exclusively with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy, who are seeking an MRTPI Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their Bristol office.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the Planning and Development departments, and they will gain a lot of exposure to a variety of schemes (primarily medium and large in size) in Bristol and the wider South-West. The client base is wide-ranging and includes private funds, institutional investors, the public-sector and universities, amongst others. The P&D team are renowned to be a key player in the regeneration of Bristol.

To be considered, you must be commercially-astute and ambitious. You will ideally come from the private sector (although candidates working in the public-sector undertaking DM will be considered). You will report into the Director and therefore have an excellent line of support, enabling you to progress quickly. Planners looking to be promoted to Senior Planner will also be highly considered.

The base salary offered is competitive and dependent on experience. In addition, they offer a bonus scheme, car allowance, excellent pension scheme, sign-on bonus etc.
