About the Client 

My client is a privately owned developer currently turning over c£50m with a fully funded business plan to grow to £150m turnover within the next 3 years. They build a wide range of projects from one-off houses to riverside developments in central London to large-scale traditional developments across the Home Counties. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for a growing team of construction professionals with a broad range of competencies. Your focus will be on leading the team to deliver the programme in a controlled, safe and timely manner, producing a high-quality product. You will build solid, sustainable relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers. As the business grows you will move into a more senior position and help recruit the people required to fulfil the programme and develop the team. 

Personal Requirements 

You are an experienced construction professional with a broad range of experience including standard & non-standard housing. You are comfortable working within systems & processes and work well as part of the management team. You are robust, inspire loyalty and technically competent.
