Location: WFH  

Rate: £30 - £35 per hour

Location, location, location

You will be close to one of England’s premier cities, with the offer of a great shopping experience, an unbeatable nightlife, restaurants, theatres, and bars to accommodate all tastes.

Grade listed buildings, riverside panoramas – and a city bursting with both pop and culture is also on the cards.

If that’s not your thing you can prep yourself for country hikes, stately mansions, and turreted castles of the northwest, with landscaped gardens to die for.

Wildlife lovers can meet tiny bugs to giant Asian elephants at Chester Zoo as well.

You will be within driving distance to a city famous for its Tower and Promenade, seven miles of award-winning, golden beaches and the magic of the Illuminations.

My point being you will always find something fun and exciting to keep you occupied.

The role itself:

If you are MRICS, with experience in commercial and operational estate and asset management in local government, then you’ll know what’s involved.

You will also get a chance to buy and sell land and or buildings with the main aim to generate new income streams, grow rental income and enhance value for the council.

The council comes with a diverse property portfolio meaning you’ll have plenty to get your teeth stuck into and the odd site visit will paint the full picture for you.

With the offer of flexible/remote working, you can juggle your time how you best see fit.
