A leading UK Multi-disciplined Practice is looking for a Newly Qualified Property Manager or someone with equivalent experience to join their team. The opportunity will be to work on a mixed portfolio of commercial assets from London up to Cambridgeshire. The role will assist in the effective delivery of property management services and legal compliance across the portfolio and maintain client and tenant relationships, as well as working to bring in new businesses through development opportunities. 


The Role:
  • Manage rental and other income, including tenant indebtedness
  • Ensure tenants are compliant with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance obligations
  • Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants
  • Prepare and administer service charge expenditure
  • Liaise with clients' agents, solicitors and other consultants
  • Support the facilities team by following up actions from audits and risk assessments, where required
  • Visit and inspect sites
  • Ensure contractors have carried out works to a high standard
  • Assist the helpdesk with the scheduling of contractor work and coordinate with tenants where required

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager
  • Ideally MRICS Qualified, but not essential
  • Professional, personable with a commercial approach
  • Be a problem solver
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop other team members
