A top global consultancy is seeking Property Management Surveyors to join their Property Asset Management team, based in London.
Benefits of the role:
- Promotion on hiring based on interview competency - we are looking for people from Surveyor to Associate Director level.
- Working on fantastic Central London portfolios across a variety of asset classes with a focus towards office assets.
- Realistic salary expectations and flexibility based on the current market.
Skills Needed:
- MRICS ideal but not essential with good proven experience.
- Experience managing commercial properties.
- Landlord & Tenant experience ideal but not essential.
