Research and Strategy Analyst

I am working with a European Real Estate Investment Manager on a fantastic Research and Strategy opportunity.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with excellent academics, and an ability to analyse, and create ideas from large data sets to work in a collaborative, and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support various internal teams by providing insights, market research and data to improve decision making, teams include acquisitions, investor relations, debt funds, and more.
• Help create new strategy for the research team, as well as thought leadership pieces and research report.
• Presenting key analysis and quarterly reports.
• Manage forecasts and work closely with internal and external data teams to analyse data, and keep standards high, and ensure delivery to clients and colleagues runs smoothly.

Key requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Stata software, as well as Alteryx, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Master's degree or above in economics, geography, real estate or similar.
• Good presentation skills.
• Experience within commercial real estate research.
• European language skills are a plus but not essential.
