A leading UK Commercial Property Management Specialist is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to work on a mixed portfolio largely all within Central London and ranging from Trophy Buildings through to High End Residential. You will take a lead role in building and maintaining relationships and communication with the fund management clients and occupiers. The role will also include the supervision of 1 junior Property Manager. There are also many opportunities to grow within the company and taken on a more senior position as you progress.

The Role:
  • Provide support and assist clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities, including rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Manage rental and other income, including tenant indebtedness
  • Ensure tenants are compliant with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance obligations
  • Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants
  • Prepare and administer service charge expenditure
  • Liaise with clients' agents, solicitors and other consultants

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager
  • MRICS Qualified, but not essential
  • Professional, personable with a commercial approach
  • Be a problem solver
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop other team members
