Office Manager - £36,000 - £38,000

Architectural Practice - London

A figurehead in the studio, with a significant role to play in the smooth running and future development of the studio. Active knowledge of architecture/the industry. A person that both staff and clients are comfortable reaching out to.


  • Key point of contact for anything to do with the running of the studio
  • To promote and develop, curate look and feel of the studio environment
  • Assist in work winning strategies arranging B2B's, coordination/targeting of clients
  • Social media activities including updating studio journal on website, posting information on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Meeting, greeting and assisting studio guests to sign in.
  • Arranging drinks / lunch for meetings as required
  • Ensure meeting rooms and front of house of studio is tidy / ready for future meetings

    • Studio Admin / Support


  • Management and assisting production of studio brochures, logos, admin templates and project templates. (Integrating input from architectural team)
  • Management of meeting calendar for all leadership groups (AD's, Associates)
  • Job applications: File and log CV's. Arrange interviews and liaise with HR agencies. Oversee the creation of job roles specs
  • Management of studio's library and sample room (with assistance from 1 nominated architect).
  • Understand and support the administration of the studio phone system.
  • Organisation of socials / client parties etc
  • Oversee office supplies orders
